The length of the project can vary by size and scope. Consultation is required before either party agrees to working. Contract and retainer required before beginning work. Minimum of 2 planning meetings is required upon signing contract. Retainer fee of 35% must be paid within 1 week of finalizing contract.
This includes services such as gathering industry data and research or project coordination, bookkeeping, inbox management, booking travel, calendar management, organizing content, data entry, email management, reports, and creating presentations. Up two more job assignments can be added.
3 month minimum contract required.*
This covers such activities as gathering industry data and research, inbox management, booking travel, project coordination, calendar management, bookkeeping, creating reports, organizing content, data entry, creating presentations, social media management and content creation, attendance in and note-taking in virtual meetings, meeting and vetting potential vendors and suppliers. Up to 3 more job assignments can be added.
6 month minimum contract required.*
